Moving Again

Have switched locations for my sporadic not so Microblogging.

Facebook has turned into a bit of a backwater when it comes to engagement. It's just an unstoppable wave of clickbait and any posts such as I make just gets buried.

So I've decided to move to Mastodon, part of the Fediverse of independent social sites.

My location there is at Tel the Gamer.

Already getting more engagement on my posts despite Mastodon being seen as a smaller alternative to the newer Bluesky, and much smaller than Facebook. It does require a bit more work to get your network going so your posts can then spread more organical, but I've already got 20+ followers, compared to 3 on Facebook!

It's actually compatible with BlueSky due to the standards both are built on; and It looks like a number of smaller miniature and gaming companies are moving over to BlueSky due to recent goings on by the Facebook administrators. ¶
