This was suppose to be the 'final part' of an ongoing series of scenarios - naturally things didn't turn out as expected.
The Prussians, and their 'guest', Queen Victoria are hanging out up river at a friendly Sultan's palace. They are awaiting transportation back home. The British are, naturally, attempting to rescue her.
